The Diagnostic Survey (a.k.a. Business Checkups)

The Initial Survey is a diagnostic analysis of the current state of the business Commencing with an Initial Survey that includes organization, financials and operations, the consultants of Profit Solutions identify the constraints to growth and profitability through a thorough business analysis and ‘problem costing’, which is an estimate of lost profits and income to the owner(s) from specific problems. Taking from 1 to 3 days to complete, Survey results are shared with the owner as findings occur. The recommendations and remedies to problems identified in the Initial Survey may be undertaken by the owner or the owner may need some assistance to implement. If assistance is required, Profit Solutions is prepared to work with the business owner to see the required changes are most effectively implemented.
